Staff
Each of our education centres are lead by highly experienced qualified teachers. We have a high number of qualified, specialist teachers in our staff team. All staff are highly experienced in working with young people and a passion for working with pupils who struggle to access mainstream education.
Our staff are supported by a number of volunteers who work one to one with the students. Our volunteers include retired teachers and others from a suitable background.
Our Headteacher is Charly Skoppek. Charly is studying for a Doctorate in Education, specialising in Trauma and Exclusion. Charly pioneered our Rugby Centre when it opened in 2017 before becoming Deputy Principal. Charly was appointed Principal in October 2022. Charly has a teaching qualification, and has a specialism in English Language.
