WOW days are learning days designed to give students 'wow!' moments outside of the classroom. We use these opportunities to put learning into practice, to see new things and get new experiences related to our learning and VLC's values. They often involve a trip out. Previous days have included trips to the theatre, art exhibitions, outdoor pursuits. 

We also celebrate learning events in school such as Refugee Week, PSHE Week, World Book Day. 

During Year 11 the majority of students undertake work experience to widen their skills of the world of work.
